AMAAD Business Park

Amaad” is the name of the modern investment business park located on the campus of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) to become the new destination for investors and business owners in the region. The project is being constructed by AlKifah Contracting Company with a total value of more than one and a half billion Saudi Riyals.

Located in the heart of Dhahran, the project which will be the hub for new business opportunities consists of 13 residential and commercial towers and is characterized by its strategic location between Saudi Aramco and King Fahd University for Petroleum and Minerals to provide jobs in the field of engineering, technology, and energy.

The AMAAD complex will include:

  • Eight towers for offices, all ranging between seven and 10 floors.

  • Five towers for residential apartments, including a community center and masjid.

  • 4-star hotel (216 keys), with associated serviced apartments (118 keys), and a 1,100 square. meter multifunction room for conferences.

  • Commercial and retail spaces, restaurants and cafes.

MY Responsibility:

  • Member of shop drawing units at the office

  • Support a small team of six engineers to finish the tasks as per time schedule.

  • BIM model level of detail 400 .
    Coordinate between architecture drawing and interior design drawing.

  • Coordinate between architecture drawing and the other disciplines (structure team and MEP team) .

  • Technical Drawings Submission as per site requirements
